Historic Haywood Hall is available on a fee basis for weddings and/or receptions, dinners, luncheons, parties and meetings. It is furnished with antique furniture, paintings and rugs, creating an attractive and comfortable interior. Easy access to the gardens from the house make it a popular venue in the Spring, Summer and Fall when the grounds are especially beautiful. The house is one and a half blocks east of the State Capitol and within easy walking distance from most state government office buildings, making it a natural gathering place for official receptions and celebrations.

Clear, unambiguous policies and guidelines have been established for the protection of the house as well as for the client and guests.

Haywood Hall is available for events throughout the year. (Click here to learn about availability) The spring and summer months are the most popular times for weddings and receptions. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis and many Spring, Summer and Fall dates are booked more than 12 months in advance. It is strongly recommended that you contact the Resident Manager to determine availability and to reserve the date and time you require.
