Additional events/meetings not listed will be considered by the Haywood Hall Committee.

 

  • Haywood Hall is reserved for your event upon recipt of the 50% deposit and a signed contract.
  • The damage/cleanup deposit and final payment of fees are due 90 days prior to the event.
  • The damage/cleanup deposit is returned within 4 weeks from the event.
  • If cost for repairs or cleaning exceed the amount of the damage/cleanup deposit, the Haywood Hall Committee will bill for the balance due. Labor incurred by the Haywood Hall Committee will be charged at a minimum of $100/hr.
